Web Solutions:

Challenge:
Customer with 40 locations nationwide utilized multiple FTE’s to manage receipt
and distribution of forms, envelopes, labels (MSDS) and stationary.
Issues: Inventory control, cost distribution and
service levels.
Solution: TK Direct built a web site that resides on
the client’s intranet site. Each location logs in and specifies items needed.
Orders received by noon ship the same day. Inventory control and reporting
provided with zero-stockouts as a result.

Challenge: Mutual
Fund Checkbook customer had a client based service need to place “Special or
Rush” orders for their clients. We initially received fax requests but these
were unreliable due to non-receipt or keystroke entry of an order. This
transaction via fax was also unsecured.
Solution: We built a web site with multi-level entry
and approval processes built into the website. This site is also used for
on-line query by transfer agents to track regular and special orders produced
so customers can get order status immediately while on the phone.
Back-In-Business:

Sadly, a great customer of ours went
out of business. While they were liquidating equipment, they
found a new business partner (a non-for profit agency serving the mentally
handicapped) to manufacture their woven tablecloth products. They donated the
warp and weaving looms and voila’, they were back in business! Their main
problem; how will they build or rebuild their client base?
Solution: TK Direct used their billing database and
mailed a “Back-In Business” self mailer to all their old clients. If the client
was interested, they would return a built in reply postcard to request a new
Price list, sample swatches and Ad slick (4 color process printed on our
equipment). There was a 50 percent response rate! We built the prospective data
base and mailing list for the fulfillment mailing.
Check Distribution:

A large Housing Authority outsourced
their Section 8 payments to their payroll company. They did this for security
on anti-fraud purposes and for quick turn-around time on the mailing. The
problem was that the quick turn-around time for the payroll company was two to
three days.
Solution: TK Direct receives their file,
personalizes the checkstock and mails the checks within 24 hours from our
secured environment.
